I, Advocate Ashraf Mirza (Corporate Lawyer), BBA, LL.B, LL.M, wish to make a respectful and transparent declaration.
I am already married and living happily with my wife. However, due to a permanent medical condition (blocked fallopian tubes), my wife is unable to conceive. We have tried all possible medical treatments, including IVF and other procedures, but without success.
As I wish to have my own biological child while continuing my existing marriage, I am seeking a suitable woman, preferably between the age of 25 to 31 years, who is willing to enter into either:
A Permanent Marriage (Nikah) under Islamic law and personal law; or
A Contractual Marriage/Mut‘ah/Temporary Arrangement (if legally and religiously acceptable).
This step is being taken not out of any dissatisfaction with my wife, but purely on account of our mutual desire to raise a biological child within a lawful, respectful, and socially acceptable framework.
